In Sweden, Vattenfall Värme delivers district heating, district cooling, and steam to industries, property owners, and residential customers in fifteen municipalities. We provide sustainable heating to approximately 200,000 Swedish households and heat, cooling, and steam to industrial customers. About the Role

Vattenfall Värme is now looking for a new talent who wants to influence tomorrow's climate-smart society and help our customers transition to a fossil-free life.

We are looking for a Contract Manager who wants to take a key role in ensuring that contracts are adhered to by both the business and suppliers within Vattenfall Värme. You will be a central part of our team and work closely with the operations and maintenance organization, also providing support for projects. The role involves close collaboration with our procurement department to create long-term and profitable relationships with our suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that the business's experience and needs are reflected in the contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contracts.
• Identify risks and opportunities in contracts and projects.
• Support operations, maintenance, and project organization with contract issues, compliance, and change management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Experience as a Contract Manager, preferably within the process industry, energy, or a similar technical environment.
• Good understanding of commercial and legal aspects of contracts.
• Ability to analyze contracts.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in projects and supply chains.
• Knowledge/experience from the operation and maintenance of production facilities.
• Logistics and inventory management.
